1. Acceptance

By accessing and using the Data & AI Governance Institute (DAIGI) website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

DAIGI provides AI governance certification programs, online learning content, examinations and credential verification services. Access to certain features requires registration and payment.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. DAIGI reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Certification & Credentials

• Certification is granted upon successful completion of required coursework and examinations
• Credentials are non-transferable and subject to verification
• DAIGI reserves the right to revoke credentials in cases of misconduct, fraud or misrepresentation
• Credential holders consent to public verification of their certification status

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, methodologies (including PRAISE™), trademarks and website content are the property of DAIGI. Reproduction, distribution or modification without written permission is prohibited.

6. Payments & Refunds

All fees are stated at the time of enrolment. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 14 days of enrolment.

7. Limitation of Liability

DAIGI provides educational services and certifications in good faith. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, regulatory compliance or business results from completing our programs.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
